    Ideal base for shopping, has panoramic view by the Bay. The location is magnificent and perfect, within easy walking distance of Kishamichi Promenade. Btw, it is a short walk to an underground station. Comfortable bed, fashionable room that has a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast is savoury and the staff is very amiable, useful.

    I think for the price the gym should be included. Also the room that I was given first was smelly and the carpets were very old. I complained and the changed my room right away.

    The staff were very friendly and efficient, and spoke excellent english

    The room was a little bit 'tired', with stains on the carpet / walls. Also, on the hotel website it was not clear that the swimming pool facilities were not free for hotel guests. Tha is, under 'Club Facilities' it mentions pool, exercise room, sauna and jacuzzi and the cost; however under 'entertainment and recreation' it mentions an indoor pool, with no mention of cost, and i assumed this was separate to the 'club facilities' pool, which is isnt.
